Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all EU countries as well as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at accounts@free-agents.io.

Production & Processing Time

All of our products are made using print-on-demand. This means your item is produced only after your order is placed. Processing time (production + handover to the carrier) is generally 3–7 business days.

Delivery Times

After handover to the carrier, the following estimated delivery times apply:

• Austria: 3–5 business days
• Germany: 3–7 business days
• Rest of Europe (EU): 5–10 business days
• Switzerland & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimates. Delays due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen events are possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and shown before you complete your order. They vary depending on the delivery address and order size.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link so you can follow the status of your delivery at any time.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Canada), country-specific customs duties, import charges, and taxes may apply. These are borne by the customer and are not included in the purchase price. Please check with your local customs authority in advance.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at accounts@free-agents.io. We will investigate and, in the event of a confirmed loss, arrange a free replacement. Further details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
