Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the last item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by email at accounts@free-agents.io with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g. your name, order number, and the words "I wish to withdraw from my order"). You may also use the withdrawal form on our website or the model withdrawal form below, but neither is mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal declaration before the 14-day period has expired.

Please do not return items before declaring your withdrawal, and always enclose your order number so we can allocate the parcel.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the goods to the return address above without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g. trying on the T-shirt is fine; wearing and washing it is not).
T-Shirt Sets (Bundles)
Each T-shirt set is sold as a single product at a single price. You may of course withdraw from individual products within a larger order — for example from one of two sets ordered. Within one set, however, the shirts form a single product, so a set must be returned complete.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, damaged during shipping, or does not match your order, please contact us at accounts@free-agents.io within 14 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the defect or damage. For shipping damage, please also include a photo of the packaging.
We will review your claim within 2 business days and provide a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return defective items to us.
If only one item within your T-shirt set is defective, we will replace only the affected item(s).
Size Issues
Please check the size information on each product page before ordering — our shirts run smaller than US sizing. If you receive an item in the size you ordered but it does not fit, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days. If an item's measurements differ from those published on the product page, this is treated as a defect and we will send a free replacement.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at accounts@free-agents.io. We will investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal declaration (for withdrawals) or within 5–10 business days of approving a defect claim.
